Methods of Payment
For the User's convenience, we provide the following method of payment for the booking:
1) Credit card.
This payment method is immediate, totally secure and verified by Stripe's secure servers in the payment gateway. Under no circumstances will credit card details be disclosed. Our website does not record any credit card information.
Accepted credit cards are: Visa, 4B, American Express, Maestro and Mastercard.
Only secured credit cards will be accepted to avoid any possible risk or fraud.
2) Bank transfer.
The user may pay for the booking by bank transfer to the bank account indicated.
No changes can be made to the booking. In order to make changes, the reservation must be cancelled and a new reservation must be made.
Standard rate cancellation conditions
As a general rule, and unless the reservation specifies otherwise, any cancellation made at least 10 working days before the arrival time will not entail any cost or penalty for the User.
Any cancellation made within 10 days prior to the date of arrival will entail NO REFUND of the total price of the stay.
If the User does not show up at the flat, a cancellation charge will also be applied for the total price of the stay, and the reservation will be automatically cancelled, so that the Owner will be able to dispose of the flat whose reservation was cancelled.
